Visualization is a powerful technique if you want to manifest money, abundance and prosperity.

In order to get the most out of visualization it is important to realise what you are actually doing, regarding your subconscious mind,  when you visualize.

The subconscious mind communicates with us, and us with it, via pictures, symbols and imagery, which in turn create associated emotions.

When you dream, everything inside the dream is created by your subconscious mind, and the imagery you view creates associated emotions and feelings within you so when you are dreaming you feel as though everything is real. Actually, it is all real, it's just not happening on the material plane.

When you wake up, you realise that it was a dream, although it seemed 'real' to you at the time, and you didn't question it while you were dreaming because it was your subconscious mind providing all the images, sounds, places, characters etc.

So, when you wake up, the same thing happens in the material world.

Your subconscious mind continues to provide all the images, sounds, places, characters etc according to the beliefs, attitudes and whatever else it has been programmed with since you were born. This is your world view - literally.

Your subconscious mind dictates everything that you perceive in the material world. You cannot experience something that you don't believe in subconsciously. 

Everything is created first on the mental plane, and then on the material plane with no exceptions.

Your outside reality, if you want to call it that ( although in fact there is no 'out there', everything is a representation of your beliefs 'in here') is showing you what is going on in your subconscious mind right this moment. If you don't like something about your life, you need to change it on the inside, not the outside.

Change it on the inside and the outer reality will change too.

So, back to how to visualize something in order to have it manifest on the physical plane.

When you visualize you are not just having a game of 'lets pretend and this will come true'.  Oh no, it goes much deeper than that.

When you visualize you are communicating directly with your subconscious - your subconscious mind loves image, symbols, and emotions.

This is the way it communicates with you during your dreamtime, so now you need to communicate with your subconscious mind in the same way.

It is important to make it real.  If you see the pictures of your desired outcome but put no emotion behind it the subconscious will dismiss it as not real. If however, you have a clear mental image and put lots of imagined sensory feelings into it - not just the five senses but also how you 'feel' in this reality -  you can trick the subonscious mind into believing whatever it is that you are imagining to be real as though it is happening now.

You really must feel it as though it is happening now. It's so important.

In the past, many times I would visualize to try to manifest money or maybe a vacation I wanted and I would get so wrapped up in the visuals of the whole thing that I would forget to put the feeling into it! Guess what, it didn't manifest.

Just as, in the dream state, you see images and react to them with emotion, to manifest money or anything else with visualization you need to do the same thing.

A clear mental image without any emotion will not attract it to you.

If you are not good at visualizing pictures clearly, it is not a problem as long as you 'feel' whatever it is you want to manifest as though it were here and happening to you right now.
