Make your own vision board and see your dreams manifest ! 

Vision boards are fun and easy to make and help to give your subconscious mind a constant reminder of your intended outcome.

So, what is a vision board? 

A vision board is a visual representation of whatever it is you want to manifest in your life.  Inspirational pictures and empowering phrases are pasted onto a piece of board and placed somewhere you will see it often throughout the day, every day until it manifests.

You can make your own vision board easily in a few simple steps:

1)  Gather pictures (or draw some) of whatever it is you want to manifest - let's say in this case you want to manifest money. So,  you could search on the internet for free images, look in magazines etc,  and collect pictures of not only money, but images of what you are going to do with the money once it is manifested. After all, you don't want to manifest money just to stick it all in the bank and not spend any do you?  So, remember to have fun with this and imagine all the gorgeous things you will buy, all the beautiful places you will travel to, the lovely house you will live in etc,  when you have manifested your desired amount of money. I am assuming you are thinking big here, but maybe you will want to make your own vision board on a slightly more modest scale. Maybe you want to manifest money, but only a little more than you have now, or a particular sum for something you have in mind that you need that is in no way extravagant. All of these are great, after all it is your vision board and only you know what you want and need right now !

2) Collect some inspirational phrases or write your own affirmations to support the pictures you have. Remember that affirmations should always be in the present continuous tense ( I think that makes sense.. ).  For example, don't say 'I now have $1,000,000 in the bank' as your conscious mind, every time you see your vision board, will reject that statement as untrue in the here and now. Therefore it will never make it's way through to your subconscious mind - and that's the part it has to reach for your outer reality to change. 3) Find a fairly large piece of card and paste it all on ! You can also put textured items on if you want to make it a touchy-feely vision board - let your imagination guide you. Real money would be great as it's confirming to your mind that you already have some, or you can print off cheques online.

4) Stand back and admire your vision board :-)

5) Remember to place your vision board somewhere your subconscious mind will notice it every day, several times a day. The front of the fridge would be perfect. You do not have to sit and stare at your vision board or try to revisualize your intended outcome again and again. It is enough for your subconscious mind to notice it - for it is your subconscious mind that controls what you manifest in the material world.
